HVAC Service Technician- Commercial/Industrial

What You will be responsible for:
- Experienced with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
- Experienced installing and maintaining wiring and lighting systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Troubleshooting skills to identify electrical anomalies within the electrical system
- Ability to install GRC, IMC, and EMT conduit
- Ability to install and maintain panels, motor starters, disconnects, and circuit breakers
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in and around commercial and industrial facilities
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of current NEC
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Pride in personal work and quality control
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Good customer service skills
- Able and willing to use modern technology (smartphones, email, tablets, etc.)
