Our dispatch team works diligently to ensure that our technicians get to their calls and that our customers know when they will be arriving. This position plays a vital role in making sure our customers are receiving exceptional service. We want you to be a part of helping us positively impact and enrich each person whose home we service.

What You will be doing:
- Effectively communicate with customers and handle any questions or needs they may have
- Organize and assign calls to techs and dispatch techs out
- Book calls when necessary
- Build installs and book estimates
- Debrief calls and input all information from call into system
- Develop the necessary skills to navigate Spectrum and utilize it properly (prior knowledge of this is preferred)

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- One year of dispatch work experience required
- Customer service and phone experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Required 40+ WPM
